Intimate gatherings come to life in the Vista Private Dining Rooms, while larger celebrations are elevated in the Grand Ballroom and Ballroom Terrace. For open-air events, the Lift Line Deck and Patio provide a stunning mountain setting for guests to gather and celebrate.
Lift Line Deck and Patio
This stunning seasonal space is available for summer and fall rentals. Enjoy valley views from the patio and deck, located mountainside near the Viceroy Pool. It's well suited for brunches, lunches, receptions, ceremonies, dinners and games.
The Grand Ballroom
As the incredible centerpiece of the hotel, the Grand Ballroom offers sweeping mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy access to an outdoor terrace and, in the winter season, the ability to ski in/ski out. This space may be divisible into four separate salons.
Grand Ballroom Terrace
Located outside of Salon 1, this beautiful patio offers a breath of fresh air and incredible mountain views. Whether formal or casual, it's perfect for receptions.
The Vistas
Step into the Toro Snowmass restaurant to find this exquisitely appointed private dining option. Vista 1 features a table for 10, beautiful décor, and wide-open views from the wall of windows. It's an ideal option for small dinners and board meetings and can be combined with Vista 2 to host groups of up to 45 people. Please note: Vista 1 and 2 require their own room rental and food and beverage minimum. Vista 2 is a private dining option located in the Toro Snowmass restaurant. It is larger than Vista 1 and can accommodate up to 35 people. Both Vista 1 and 2 are perfect for rehearsal dinners. Please note: This space requires its own room rental and food and beverage minimum.
Spa Suite Boardroom
Located on the first floor near the Ballroom, the Spa Suite is a sophisticated choice for Boardroom meetings, office space or a green room.
The Summit Meeting Rooms 1 & 2
With seasonal summer and fall availability, Summit Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel and are ideally suited to be break out rooms.
