At this time the spa will not accept walk-in appointments. While the spa makes every effort to accommodate same-day appointments, guests at our Aspen/Snowmass spa are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to ensure that their treatment and therapist preferences are available. A credit card is required to secure spa treatment experiences. A 20% service charge will be added for your convenience, you are welcome to modify at the end your treatment.
Along with the relaxation lounge and amenities in each locker room, the spa offers pre-treatment quiet-time in our tranquil relaxation area. To fully utilize the spa experience, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to scheduled treatments.
As a courtesy to all guests, treatment times will not be extended for late arrivals. Your late arrival time will determine the length of scheduled treatments, which will end at the originally scheduled time and at the full price. Your understanding is appreciated.
Our locker rooms include personal lockers, private showers, private bathrooms, various toiletries, and our signature plunge pool on the Ladies' side and our Infrared sauna on the Men's side. Viceroy spa robes will be provided.
The Spa at Viceroy Snowmass is concerned for guests’ personal wellbeing. When booking an appointment, please alert the spa reservation agent to any medical conditions or product sensitivities that will allow us to better serve you in the spa.
Please do not visit the Spa if you are feeling unwell with a fever or cough.
For your safety and comfort, we suggest you leave your jewelry and valuables in your guestroom. Safes are provided in guestrooms for your security.
To maintain the integrity of the spa environment and the privacy of all guests, mobile phones, pagers, and PDAs are not allowed in the spa or fitness areas.
To maintain the integrity of the spa environment, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the spa and fitness areas. To receive a treatment or to use the fitness center and equipment, children between the ages of 12 and 17 must have a legal guardian present.
Any changes or cancellations to be made on your appointment require 24-hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour's notice, will be charged in full.
For your convenience a 20% service charge will be added to your service to cover gratuities to your therapist and spa attendants. Should you choose, you may opt to leave additional gratuity for your therapist, as you feel appropriate.
To ensure Federal and State requirements are met; The Spa at Viceroy Snowmass requires that all guests provide valid age identification. Valid age identification is defined as a government issued identification, driver’s license, and or passport that contain the bearer’s date of birth, a photograph, and an expiration date. It is unlawful to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21 in the state of Colorado.
