How far is the hotel from the airport and what airport/hotel transportation options are available?
The hotel is 8 miles away from the airport. The hotel can secure transportation services, a taxi, or bus transport for individuals or groups.
Complimentary shared Aspen Airport transfers are provided when booked a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival. Guaranteed private transfers, all transfers from the private terminal of the Aspen Airport, and transfers arranged inside of 24 hours prior to arrival are available at additional charge.
Does the hotel offer transportation to and from Aspen?
Private vehicles for up to 6 passengers are available for $60 each way. Based on availability.
May I pre-book, airport-to-hotel transportation?
Yes, this can be done through the concierge.
Is parking available at the hotel?
On-site valet parking is available at the hotel. Note: self-parking is not available. Our resort offers valet parking: $30 per day for summer and $40 per day for winter season.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, based upon availability.
Is there an age minimum for check in?
No. However, if a guest is not 18 years or older, we may require a parent or guardian of the guest to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest at the hotel, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the hotel.

The resort has a concierge team that is well versed in all seasonal activities for the Roaring Fork Valley.
How far is the Hotel from Snowmass mountain?
The hotel is a ski-in and ski-out resort located on Snowmass Mountain.
What is the appropriate dress on property?
Are there welcome amenities in the lobby for arriving guests?
Yes, the amenities vary season to season, but commonly includes beverages (coffee, tea, lemonade, etc.).
Do you have taxis available?
We have Viceroy vehicles available, as well as area taxi services.
Is there high-speed Internet access? What is the cost?
Yes, this is included with the resort fee that you pay.
Is there cell phone coverage at the property?
Is there a gift shop on property? When is it open? What does it sell?
Our Four Mountain Sports ski valet runs a shop on the third floor during the Winter months selling ski and snowboard accessories as well as apparel and souvenirs.
What are the locks and additional security devices on the guestroom doors?
Locks are on the doors and each unit has a safe for valuables.
Is the water safe for drinking? Is bottled water served at the hotel?
The tap water is perfectly fine to drink and quite tasty. Bottled water is available via any of the hotel's restaurants/bars or in-room dining.
Can you smoke at Viceroy Snowmass?
Viceroy Snowmass is a smoke-free environment.
Can guests have packages sent to the hotel and is there a cost to receive or hold them?
We welcome guests to send packages to the hotel prior to their stay (skis, bags, Amazon packages, luggage, mail). The rate is $5.00 per item for the first 5 days and then $5.00 additional per day/per package after that.
What type of pillows are placed on each bed?
Sferra feather and foam pillows.
Does the room rate include breakfast?
Room rates at our hotel do not include breakfast. However frequently we offer room packages/promotions that do include breakfast. Breakfast is available at our restaurant, 8k, daily.
What is your pet policy?
Viceroy Snowmass is a dog-friendly hotel that offers services and amenities for your four-legged family members. Dogs can stay in our guestrooms if they are under 100 lbs and fully house-trained. The fee is $50 per stay.
Do the guestrooms have welcome amenities?
No, our guestrooms do not feature welcome amenities.

Yes, guests or friends may order special gifts or requests in advance by contacting the hotel. Any dietary restrictions will be accommodated, as long as the hotel is notified prior.
Recreation and Entertainment
Is there a swimming pool or hot tub at the resort? What temperature are they kept?
Our onsite swimming pool and two hot tubs are located on property and available to hotel guests. Water temperature of the pools vary based upon the season. Generally the pool is 90-93F, and the hot tubs are 101-102F.
What type of yoga is available at the property?
Varied types of yoga may be arranged with the Spa upon request.
