Can sports activities be pre-booked?
Yes, you may pre-book activities through our concierge service. Please view our activities page website for "must-do" activities and recommendations from our concierge.

What type of yoga is available at the property?
Private, outdoor classes and lessons are available by request. Our in-house instructor can accommodate all styles and experience levels.

Is there a swimming pool or hot tub at the resort? What temperature are they kept?
Our year-round heated pool and three soaking tubs are located on the property and available to hotel guests. The water temperature of the pools varies based upon the season. Generally, the pool is 90-93F, and the hot tubs are 101-102F.

What are the pool hours at Viceroy Snowmass?
The pool at Viceroy Snowmass is typically open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, but hours may vary seasonally.

Does Viceroy Snowmass offer complimentary breakfast?
No, breakfast is not complimentary, but guests can dine at on-site restaurants offering a variety of breakfast option.

What is the restaurant cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of reservation for parties of 5 or more. Parties up to 4 guests may cancel up to 24 hours ahead of time. Cancellations or no-show guests within the cancellation policy will be accessed a $50 per person fee.

Do all restaurant reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation?
During the winter holiday season (December 17 through January 10) all reservations no matter the size will require a credit card to hold the reservation. Cancellation fees will apply to no-shows or cancelled reservations within 24 hours for parties up to 4 and within 48 hours for parties 5 or more.

May guests make special requests for wine or other alcoholic beverages?
Yes, based upon availability and Colorado laws.

Are there private dining options available?
For large parties 10 and above, we highly recommend being in a private room. There is a $750 room rental for each private room. Cancellations within the cancellation period will be assessed the room rental fee as well as the individual per person fee.

If have a large party, how do I make a reservation?
Parties of 5 and above may call the restaurant to make the reservation. A credit card is required to hold the reservation. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours. Cancellations or no-show guests within 48 hours will be accessed at a $50 per person fee.

Yes, Viceroy Snowmass features Toro Snowmass, offering upscale Latin-inspired cuisine and an elegant dining experience. The restaurant specializes in bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a curated selection of wines and cocktails.

What type of pillows are placed on each bed?
Standard textile, chambersoft pillows. 100% cotton – hypoallergenic with medium support.

Does the room rate include breakfast?
Room rates at Viceroy Snowmass do not include breakfast. However, we frequently offer room packages/promotions that do include breakfast at one of our resort restaurants.

What are the views like from a 2-bedroom residence at Viceroy Snowmass?
A 2-bedroom residence offers surrounding views of Snowmass Village, Snowmass Mountain or the Viceroy Resort, depending on the unit's location.

What is your pet policy?
Viceroy Snowmass is a dog-friendly hotel that offers services and amenities for your four-legged family members. Pets are welcome subject to a pet fee per night and can stay in our guestrooms if they are under 100 lbs and fully house-trained.
Please advise the hotel that you are bringing a pet prior to arrival. When the pet is a service animal, please notify when making a reservation, and the fee will be waived, and proof of documentation is not required.

Yes, the welcome amenities at Viceroy Snowmass vary from season to season, but typically include beverages (coffee, tea, lemonade, etc.).

Is there an age minimum for check in?
Yes. Guests must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued identification to check-in to a guestroom.

Yes, Viceroy Snowmass offers valet parking for $50/night during the summer and $60/night during the winter.

Does the hotel offer transportation to and from Aspen?
Viceroy Snowmass offers transportation to and from Aspen via private vehicles. One way transportation starts at $100 + tax. Please contact the concierge team at Viceroy Snowmass for more information.

How far is the hotel from the airport and what airport/hotel transportation options are available?
Viceroy Snowmass is located 8 miles away from the airport. The hotel can secure transportation services, a taxi, or bus transport for individuals or groups.
Complimentary shared Aspen Airport transfers are provided when booked a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival. Guaranteed private transfers, all transfers from the private terminal of the Aspen Airport, and transfers arranged inside of 24 hours prior to arrival are available at additional charge.

Can special requests, gifts or dietary restrictions be accommodated.
Yes, guests or friends may order special gifts or requests in advance by contacting the hotel. Any dietary restrictions will be accommodated, as long as the hotel is notified prior.

Can guests have packages sent to the hotel and is there a cost to receive or hold them?
We welcome guests to send packages to the hotel prior to their stay (skis, bags, Amazon packages, luggage, mail). The rate is $5.00 per item for the first 5 days and then $5.00 additional per day/per package after that.

Viceroy Snowmass is a smoke-free environment.

Is the water safe for drinking? Is bottled water served at the hotel?
The tap water is perfectly fine to drink and is quite tasty. Bottled water is also available at any of Viceroy Snowmass' restaurants and bars, and through in-room dining.

What are the locks and additional security devices on the guestroom doors?
Guestroom doors are all equipped with adequate locks and each unit has a safe for valuables.

Is there a gift shop on property? When is it open? What does it sell?
Our Four Mountain Sports ski valet runs a shop on the third floor during the Winter months and sells ski and snowboard accessories, as well as apparel and souvenirs.
