Viceroy Snowmass is located 8 miles away from the airport. The hotel can secure transportation services, a taxi, or bus transport for individuals or groups.
Complimentary shared Aspen Airport transfers are provided when booked a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival. Guaranteed private transfers, all transfers from the private terminal of the Aspen Airport, and transfers arranged inside of 24 hours prior to arrival are available at additional charge.

No there is no minimum age to check-in. However, if a guest is not 18 years or older, we may require a parent or guardian of the guest to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest at the hotel, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the hotel.
Turndown service will not be offered during the summer season, however, please contact our guest services team for any guestroom needs that you may have during your stay.
Room rates at Viceroy Snowmass do not include breakfast. However, we frequently offer room packages/promotions that do include breakfast at one of our resort restaurants.

Viceroy Snowmass is a dog-friendly hotel that offers services and amenities for your four-legged family members. Pets are welcome subject to a pet fee per night and can stay in our guestrooms if they are under 100 lbs and fully house-trained.
Please advise the hotel that you are bringing a pet prior to arrival. When the pet is a service animal, please notify when making a reservation, and the fee will be waived, and proof of documentation is not required.

Yes, based upon availability and Colorado laws.
All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of reservation for parties of 5 or more. Parties up to 4 guests may cancel up to 24 hours ahead of time. Cancellations or no-show guests within the cancellation policy will be accessed a $50 per person fee.
During the winter holiday season (December 17 through January 10) all reservations no matter the size will require a credit card to hold the reservation. Cancellation fees will apply to no-shows or cancelled reservations within 24 hours for parties up to 4 and within 48 hours for parties 5 or more.
Parties of 5 and above may call the restaurant to make the reservation. A credit card is required to hold the reservation. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours. Cancellations or no-show guests within 48 hours will be accessed at a $50 per person fee.
For large parties 10 and above, we highly recommend being in a private room. There is a $750 room rental for each private room. Cancellations within the cancellation period will be assessed the room rental fee as well as the individual per person fee.
A semi-private area is available near the back of TORO Kitchen & Lounge. It may be reserved for parties of 10 or more. There is a $700 food & beverage minimum required.
Recreation and Entertainment
Our onsite swimming pool and two hot tubs are located on the property and available to hotel guests. The water temperature of the pools varies based upon the season. Generally, the pool is 90-93F, and the hot tubs are 101-102F.
Private, outdoor classes and lessons are available by request. Our in-house instructor can accommodate all styles and experience levels.
