    Dream Weaver Yoga puts emphasis on BREATH, as a way to reprogram patterns in the body and mind, BALANCE, between action and stillness, and ALIGNMENT that is reached by listening to your intuition with gentle assists and adjustments. Visualizations, aromatherapy, shiatsu and energy work also enrich this classes and private sessions. This is a very healing and non-competitive yoga format and is
