On December 31st, ring in the New Year at TORO Snowmass with an extravagant buffet featuring lobster wonton tacos, Peruvian ceviche, Colorado-sourced charcuterie, and decadent stations from white truffle risotto to a chef-attended beef filet carving and a lavish ice cream sundae bar. Guests can sip unlimited Champagne throughout the evening with live music or join the after-party celebration at 10PM for light bites and a DJ.
