The Cru Cup is a two-day celebration of alpine competition and global cuisine, bringing together sport, flavor, and community in Snowmass. The weekend begins with an international welcome reception featuring beers, ciders, and bites from Aspen’s leading kitchens, followed by the Cru Cup Ski Race in partnership with Aspen Valley Ski Club. The event culminates in a Sip & Sample dinner reception, where acclaimed chefs present globally inspired tasting stations paired with exceptional wines—an elevated finale from first tracks to final toasts.
