The Grand Ballroom

A 5,600-square-foot ballroom that can be divided into four smaller salons, the Grand Ballroom brings together style, efficiency, and ample space for Snowmass conferences, weddings, and other celebrations. Green event planning starts with paperless sales kits, catering menus and wedding planners and continues with digital contracts and notifications, registrations and presentations.

The chef and catering staff source local, seasonal and organic food—including sustainable seafood, meat and poultry—and whenever possible use only organic and/or fair-trade coffee, tea, sugar, juice, mixers, wine and spirits.

Events feature pitchers of pure, filtered Rocky Mountain water rather than water bottles; organic and/or pesticide-free flower arrangements and centerpieces crafted from living plants, fruit and vegetables; soy, palm wax or beeswax candles with cotton wicks; china and linen and/or unbleached, recycled paper products; and many more thoughtful, sustainable details.
