Fitness Center Information

Our luxurious fitness center provides guests with a full range of strength training equipment, as well as state-of the-art cardiovascular machines including treadmills, exercise cycles, cross trainers, stair climbers and lateral trainers. General fitness and strength training equipment is also provided, and private training and coaching can be arranged with advance reservations.

Join us for a yoga class at the Spa at the Viceroy Snowmass. Be inspired by your visit, awaken your senses to the elements of our precious earth, feel connected to the greater community and most importantly, be supported and nourished by the experience.

Dream Weaver Yoga puts emphasis on BREATH, as a way to reprogram patterns in the body and mind, BALANCE, between action and stillness, and ALIGNMENT that is reached by listening to your intuition with gentle assists and adjustments. Visualizations, aromatherapy, shiatsu and energy work also enrich these classes and private sessions. This is a very healing and non-competitive yoga format and is suitable for most everyone. Offered in our dedicated yoga studio on the first floor.

For those wanting to elevate their personal fitness program or to jump start a lifestyle change, private fitness and wellness offers a personalized program customized to suit your desired long term goals. Programs may include yoga, Pilates mat, weight training, interval training, resistance, stretching, and more.

Whatever your health goals might be, a private consultation focusing on a better nutrition plan may be your key to success. Sessions may include a comprehensive lifestyle and needs questionnaire, body composition and food label education, grocery store readiness to insure smart food selections when shopping, and restaurant survival 101 to help distinguish between healthy sounding and actually healthy.
