Now in its third year, Chicago’s favorite winter tradition returns to the Somerset Patio at Viceroy Chicago—an immersive arctic experience offering a captivating blend of winter magic, romance, and cozy indulgence. Whether you’re celebrating love, friendship, or simply the season, this annual event is one you won’t want to miss. 

Step onto the Somerset Patio and take in a scene of frosted elegance, centered around a limited-time 10-foot frozen bar. Intricate ice sculptures and shimmering details transforms the space into a true winter escape. Stay warm beside the crackling fire pits as you soak in the lively, festive atmosphere. Explore a specialty menu crafted for the occasion, featuring seasonal cocktails and thoughtfully curated bites available for purchase. 

Guests can warm up with winter indulgences like a decadent Croque Monsieur layered with jambon de Paris and raclette; Chocolate Crêpes filled with Nutella and your choice of strawberry or banana, dusted with powdered sugar; and irresistible S’mores kits for a sweet, fireside finish. 

The bar will feature winterific cocktails by Viceroy Chicago’s very own talented Beverage Director Sayo (Chi) Anise including Velvet Cherry Hot Toddy featuring Bulleit bourbon (Non-Alcoholic available as well), Clarified Strawberry Margarita featuring Don Julio Blanco, and a freshly Shaved Ice Raspberry Mint Old Fashioned featuring George Dickel whisky.
