In alignment with state and county guidelines, guests aged 2 and over, are required to wear face masks in all indoor settings — regardless of vaccination status.

Daily housekeeping service is available. In compliance with social distancing guidelines and for your safety, we ask guests not to be present in the room during service.

Valet parking is available on property. Parking rates include:

  • Overnight - $75.00 (includes unlimited in and out privileges)
  • Restaurant - $18.00
  • Visitor (non-restaurant) 0-12 hours - $37.00
  • Visitor (non-restaurant) 12-24 hours - $75.00

Viceroy Chicago is pleased to welcome your furry friends with a number of pet-friendly amenities. There is a nightly pet amenity charge of $50 with a portion of the fee donated to Orphans of the Storm, a Chicago-based animal rescue that helps homeless pets in the city. Pets must be under 25 lbs and there is a limit of two pets per guestroom.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in (by 3:00 PM CST). Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night. Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.

Arrival

Regular check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.

No. However, if a guest is not 21 years or older, we may require a parent or guardian of the guest to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest at the hotel, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the hotel.
