What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in (by 3:00 PM CST). Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night. Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.

Does Viceroy Chicago welcome pets?
Pets are welcome subject to a pet fee of USD $50 per night. Pets must be under 25 lbs and there is a limit of two pets per guestroom.
Please advise the hotel that you are bringing a pet prior to arrival. When the pet is a service animal, please notify when making a reservation, and the fee will be waived, and proof of documentation is not required.
