COVID-19

 Destinations may have COVID-19 travel restrictions in place. We ask all guests to review local authorities' travel guidance and health advisories before you book and travel.

Yes, guests are required to wear face masks and maintain six feet of physical distance while in an indoor space and when interacting with Viceroy colleagues and other guests.

Housekeeping service will be provided on request only. In compliance with social distancing guidelines and for your safety, we ask guests not to be present in the room during service.

Yes, our seasonal rooftop pool is currently open daily from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM with limited capacity as social distancing guidelines are in place.

Hotel parking is currently unavailable. Guests are encouraged to park at one of the many parking lots located around the property.

Viceroy Chicago is pleased to welcome your furry friends with a number of pet-friendly amenities. There is a nightly pet amenity charge of $50 with a portion of the fee donated to Orphans of the Storm, a Chicago-based animal rescue that helps homeless pets in the city. Pets must be under 25 lbs and there is a limit of two pets per guestroom.

Arrival

Regular check-in is at 3pm where as check-out is at 12pm.

No. However, if a guest is not 21 years or older, we may require a parent or guardian of the guest to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest at the hotel, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the hotel.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in (by 3:00 PM CST). Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night. Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.
