What is the resort's cancellation policy?
A deposit of the first 3 nights room rate plus tax and service will be charged at the time of booking. Remaining balance will be charged 21 days prior to arrival. January 3 - December 21 cancel 21 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Cancel within 21 days of arrival and forfeit the entire stay.

Is there an age minimum for check-in?
The minimum age to check-in is 18 years of age. If a guest is not 18 years or older, a parent or guardian of the guest is to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest at the resort, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the resort.
What time is check-out at the hotel? Is late check-out possible?
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 2:00 PM is available with a surcharge of 50 EUR.

Can you smoke at the resort?
All guestrooms are smoke-free environments. The resort does have a designated smoking area at Pique Ski Bar.
Is the water safe for drinking? Is bottled water served at the hotel?
The tap water at the resort is safe for drinking. Bottled water is available at any of the restaurants/bars or through in-room dining.
Is there a gift shop on property? When is it open? What does it sell?
Our ski valet runs a shop on the ground floor during the winter months selling ski and snowboard accessories as well as apparel and souvenirs.
Is there high-speed internet access? What is the cost?
Yes, high-speed internet access is included as part of the resort accommodation fee.
Can I receive mail and packages at the hotel?
We welcome guests to send packages to the resort prior to their stay.
