Something remarkable is unfolding here at Hotel Zena. This summer, the Hotel Zena family welcomes international fine artist & faculty instructor Dunnie Onasanya as Artist-in-Residence. The residency term begins with A Toast to Summer, a signature experience curated by Dunnie to launch this new chapter of art, wellness, culture, and creative connection. The Washington DC community & Hotel Guests can expect immersive experiences, inspiring conversations, and special unveilings that will transform the Hotel Zena experience in dynamic new ways.
Residency Highlights
- Official residency launch during A Toast to Summer on Sunday, July 19th, a signature experience curated and hosted by Artist-in Residence Dunnie Onasanya.
- Exclusive unveiling of a new Hotel Zena lobby art installation and introduction of the Radical Beauty Collection.
- A season-long series of art, wellness, fashion, and cultural experiences designed to engage guests and activate the property throughout the summer and early fall.
- Introduction of Large Scale Community Canvas Art Project that will be the culmination piece for this residency term.
