The resort’s signature grab ‘n go café was named for one of Saint Lucia’s most memorable residents, a majestic elephant that once wandered Jalousie Bay. Boopa was the island’s only elephant, and he had an appetite for the good things in life — including fresh bread.

With a tip of the hat to our jungle friend, Boopa’s is the perfect stop for a little indulgence. Discover ice creams and refreshing sorbets, freshly baked sweet treats, coffees and smoothies, alongside locally inspired flavors and island favorites. You’ll also find a curated selection of local souvenirs and retail finds, perfect for taking a little piece of Saint Lucia home with you.
