Boopa's

The resort’s signature grab ‘n go café was named for one of St. Lucia’s most notable residents, a majestic elephant that once wandered Jalousie Bay. Boopa was the island’s only elephant, and he had an appetite for the good things in life — including fresh bread. With a tip of the hat to our jungle friend, the bakery serves fresh baked goods and smoothies. It’s the perfect spot to pick up coffee and tea or indulge your sweet tooth with cupcakes, brownies, cakes, and ice cream with locally inspired flavors like lemongrass, honey, and spices.

Look for Boopa’s next to the Kids Club, on the ground floor, near the Great House.
