What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in (by 3:00 PM CST). Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night. Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.
Does Viceroy Chicago welcome pets?
Pets are welcome subject to a pet fee of USD $125 per pet per stay. Pets must be under 25 lbs and there is a limit of two pets per guestroom.
