Sustainability at Viceroy Los Cabos
Viceroy Los Cabos uses a desalination plant to produce its own water from the ocean.
Many of the fixtures installed in our hotel are low-flow, using less water than standard fixtures.
A chlorine usage reduction system is also utilized for all swimming and plunge pools on property.
We work on identifying safer products for our guests, employees and a natural ecosystem.
Healthy, clean and fresh air in your room is safeguarded by our housekeeping staff through non-toxic hypoallergenic cleaning products.
All our spa, guest bathroom and public restroom products — such as soaps, shampoo, and conditioner — are eco-friendly.

Use of biodegradable corn and avocado products like beverage containers for welcome beverage and straws; are used in all restaurants and bars.
Water dispensers have been installed in the gym to reduce plastic bottle usage. Reusable glass bottles are used for the resort turndown program.
