Host Service at Viceroy Los Cabos
Our Host Service is designed to elevate every moment of your stay, providing seamless personalization from the moment you arrive until your departure. Your dedicated Host anticipates your needs, curates your itinerary, prepares your accommodations, and ensures effortless access to dining, spa, and on-property experiences. With attentive daily communication and thoughtful touches throughout your visit, our Hosts deliver a stay that feels entirely tailored to you.
Host service is included for all hotel rooms and villas. For property owners, ThirdHome guests, and fractional stays, the service may be added for $175 USD per night before taxes and fees. Host Service operates daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Host Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Exclusive recommendations & reservations - Hosts prioritize securing dining, spa, cabana, private beach dinners, tequila or wine tastings, tours, and other signature Viceroy experiences for you.
- Personalized pre-arrival & itinerary coordination - Your Host reviews your reservation details, confirms pre-arrival contacts, monitors your room status, and coordinates experiences, transportation, and special requests before and during your stay.
- Room preparation & in-stay comfort - Hosts inspect and prepare your room to luxury standards, arrange amenities, décor, welcome touches, and ensure all services (cleaning, minibar, spa, dining) are delivered seamlessly.
- Daily proactive check-ins - Your Hosts maintain daily contact to confirm plans, anticipate needs, and adjust your itinerary as needed.
- Dedicated point of contact throughout your stay - Guests receive direct access to their Host via phone, ensuring immediate support, real-time assistance, and effortless communication at all times.
