Casero is the heartbeat of the hotel, a place shaped by the rhythms of the day and the people moving through it. The name means home-made, and reflects a philosophy rooted in care, simplicity, and place. It speaks to food that feels familiar yet elevated, always crafted by hand, prepared with intention. 

Mornings begin simply and thoughtfully with fresh-pressed juices, comforting classics, and dishes inspired by the Baja region. Here, familiar flavors, bright produce and coastal influences offer guests food that nourishes the soul and gently awakens the senses.

As the day unfolds, Casero hosts guests for coffee, cocktails and conversation, where long breakfasts flow into alfresco lunch, and evenings are eased into with crafted cocktails and shared plates.
