About the Chefs:
Chef Diego Hernandez:
Mexican chef and restaurateur, is recognized for his innovative farm-to-table cuisine at Corazon de Tierra, Valle de Guadalupe. Trained with chefs such as Benito Molina and Enrique Olvera, he has received awards such as the National Award for Innovation and Signature Cuisine.
Chef Tania Livier:
Originally from Baja California, Chef Tania Livier is known for her focus on the regional cuisine of northern Mexico. After training in Chicago and working at Pujol, she settled in Ensenada, where she has left her mark on the local gastronomic scene.
