Cielomar is where the sky meets the sea. Set high above the coastline with sweeping views of San Jose del Cabo, guests gather here to enjoy perfectly prepared cocktails and front-row access to the sunset.
As dusk settles, fire takes center stage. At the heart of the experience is an open kitchen ruled by smoke and wood fire, where elemental force defines our cuisine. Flame adds character and depth to a menu that balances land and sea, with premium cuts and seasonal produce each sourced from local vendors and prepared with precision.
A wood-burning pizza oven adds rustic warmth to the rooftop, inviting guests to savor the flavors of baja under the open sky.
