Seated at a communal organic table, guests are guided through a storytelling ritual led by our chef, who unveils intimate culinary tradition, recipes passed down in whispers, ingredients harvested by hand, and preparations reserved for family gatherings. Each course showcases rare regional delicacies—treasured elements of Yucatán’s ancestral palate, seldom found beyond these lands.
