Mark Keiser is President, Development for Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, where he leads global growth for the Viceroy Hotels and Viceroy Residences brands across gateway urban markets and sought-after resort destinations. He was most recently President and Chief Development Officer of EOS Hospitality, where he built the third-party management vertical for EOS Investors. Previously, as Chief Development Officer of SH Hotels & Resorts from 2015 to 2021, he grew the Baccarat, 1 Hotels, and Treehouse Hotels brands from four pipeline hotels to nine open and 23 more in development. Earlier, Mark spent more than a decade on Starwood Hotels' development team, leading managed and franchised growth across the western U.S. and luxury development throughout the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean, following earlier roles at Bear, Stearns & Co., Wyndham International, and Prime Hospitality. 

He serves on the leadership team of ULI's Hotel Development Council and is a board member of Common Energy.

Patrick Pahlke leads the Commercial discipline at Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, with global oversight of revenue management, distribution, global sales, field sales and marketing, brand and performance marketing, and loyalty. A veteran of luxury lifestyle hospitality with more than 30 years of international experience, he began his career with an apprenticeship at Cologne's historic DOM Hotel before earning a degree from École Hôtelière de Lausanne. He spent 14 years with Hyatt International across Asia Pacific, launching the region's first three Park Hyatt properties in China and its first Andaz, then led sales, marketing, and distribution for the ultra-luxury Alila Hotels & Resorts at Two Roads Hospitality. 

In the U.S., he helped establish Proper Hospitality as a luxury lifestyle frontrunner before serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Sage Hospitality Group, where he built a commercial organization spanning 70-plus properties. Patrick sits on several advisory boards, including the International Luxury Hotel Association, Lighthouse, Sabre Hospitality Solutions, and HSMAI. Fluent in multiple languages, he has lived and worked across Asia, Europe, and the U.S.

Thomas Meding is a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 25 years of leadership across luxury, lifestyle, and resort platforms in the U.S. and internationally. As Senior Vice President of Operations at Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, he partners with hotel leadership, ownership groups, and asset management to drive profitability, operational excellence, and brand integrity across the portfolio, overseeing global operations, openings, and transitions along with enterprise initiatives spanning labor relations, financial governance, global procurement, sustainability, and the Viceroy Residences Program. 

Previously, as Senior Vice President of Resorts at Pomeroy Lodging, he led the transformation of Hotel Alyeska into a luxury-lifestyle destination and directed a $300 million ski village development. Earlier roles include senior leadership at SH Hotels & Resorts and more than a decade with sbe, where he expanded its East Coast platform across Miami, New York, and the Bahamas, along with General Manager posts at Parker Palm Springs and SLS Beverly Hills and senior positions with Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont, The Pierre, and Waldorf Astoria.

Tony Machado serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Design for Highgate Hotels, Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, and LUCID, Highgate's in-house design and construction studio, overseeing design and innovation across the company's expanding portfolio. A seasoned visual storyteller recognized for his focus on luxury, he guides design from concept through completion and is known for translating brand identity into meaningful guest experiences while fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial creative environment. Prior to joining Highgate, Machado was Senior Vice President and Head of Design for Starwood Capital Group, where he helped shape the strategic growth of the 1 Hotels, Baccarat, and Treehouse brands, guiding their evolution from a small U.S. collection into a global portfolio. 

Megan Mulholland is a strategic brand-builder and marketing leader with 15 years of experience spanning brand, digital, marketing, culture, and commercial growth. As Senior Vice President, Brand Marketing and Wellness at Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, she leads brand strategy and marketing across PR, partnerships, social, web, digital, and CRM, while driving direct business through the brand website and defining Viceroy's wellness positioning. Previously, she spent seven years building THE WELL as Senior Vice President, Brand & Marketing, shaping its membership clubs and branded residences and bringing its holistic wellness concepts into several Auberge Resorts Collection destinations. Earlier, as a founding hire on the 1 Hotels corporate brand and marketing team, she helped launch the brand and bring it to life across multiple properties, rising to Corporate Director of Creative & Digital and driving a 42% year-over-year increase in digital revenue.

Scott Muety serves as Vice President of Revenue Management at Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, where he leads revenue strategy and performance optimization across the luxury portfolio. With a career spanning more than two decades, he has built deep expertise across commercial strategy, analytics, operations, and revenue management, with prior leadership roles at Viceroy, Hilton Worldwide, Loews Santa Monica, and W Hotels. He also serves on HSMAI's Revenue Optimization Advisory Board, contributing perspective on pricing, demand, and commercial performance.

Jaimie Weiss is a growth and marketing executive with more than 15 years of experience driving customer acquisition, loyalty, and growth for luxury hospitality, travel, and consumer brands. As Vice President of Growth & Digital at Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, she leads the company's digital growth strategy, expanding direct business and strengthening the digital guest journey across the portfolio. Most recently, Jaimie was Senior Director of Growth & Performance Marketing at Proper Hospitality, where she led growth marketing across a portfolio of luxury hotels and lifestyle brands and expanded the company's capabilities through investments in CRM, performance marketing, measurement, and digital experience. Earlier, she led growth for luxury jewelry brand Jean Dousset across marketing, eCommerce, and customer engagement, and held marketing roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts and The Walt Disney Company, building expertise across hospitality, travel, loyalty, and consumer marketing.

David A. Solis serves as Vice President, Global Luxury & Leisure Sales at Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, bringing more than two decades of leadership across many of the world's most distinguished hospitality brands. He has built and led high-performing global sales and business-development teams for Ultimate Jet Vacations, Kerzner International, EDITION Hotels, Virtuoso, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, driving record growth across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. Most recently, as Head of Business Development at Ultimate Jet Vacations, he scaled operations across five countries and delivered double-digit year-over-year growth; earlier, as Head of Sales & Marketing for the Americas at Kerzner International, he oversaw more than $180 million in rooms revenue and supported multiple One&Only and Atlantis launches worldwide. 

Sam Torgerson is a luxury hospitality sales executive with more than 23 years of experience driving global revenue growth for world-class hotel brands. As Vice President, Global Sales – Group at Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, she leads topline group revenue strategy across the portfolio, overseeing above-property account negotiations, national and global account development, and strategic partnerships. Known for her collaborative style and trusted C-level relationships, she has expanded Viceroy's presence with major group intermediaries and luxury consortia including HelmsBriscoe, ConferenceDirect, HPN Global, Virtuoso, and AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts, and is an award-winning brand ambassador at major international tradeshows and industry events. Her career spans senior sales leadership with Viceroy Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International, including The Ritz-Carlton and flagship resort destinations in Aspen, Vail, and Beaver Creek. 

James Wyndham is Managing Director of Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort while serving as Regional Vice President, Sales and Marketing, providing above-property leadership and guidance to Viceroy at Ombria Algarve. He brings more than a decade of experience overseeing renowned resorts and hotels worldwide, including in Australia, the United States, and Dubai, and since 2022 has led Sugar Beach and its strategic development, guiding the resort and its team in creating incredible moments and unparalleled experiences for guests. Before hospitality, James held senior roles with the Australian government, serving as Deputy Consul General and Trade Commissioner for the Australian Trade Commission in the United Arab Emirates, and later as Director of Trade and Investment for the New South Wales Government in Abu Dhabi. Now based in Saint Lucia, he is devoted to leading Sugar Beach and delivering exceptional experiences for every guest.

Troy Wood serves as property Director of Sales and Marketing at Viceroy Los Cabos while holding the role of Regional Vice President, Sales and Marketing, providing above-property leadership and guidance across Viceroy Santa Monica, Hyatt Centric Delfina, and The Observatory Sun Valley, A Viceroy Resort. Since joining Viceroy Los Cabos in June 2024, he has driven significant results across the region. Troy spent more than 15 years with Hyatt Hotels in leadership roles across San Antonio, Texas; Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico; and Carlsbad, California, earning Hyatt Sales and Marketing Director of the Year honors twice. He later served more than two years as Director of Sales at the independent luxury resort Terranea in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, deepening his expertise in luxury hospitality.

Alysia Briggs is a strategic, results-driven human resources executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry. As Vice President of Human Resources at Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, she leads HR strategy across the portfolio, partnering with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business objectives, strengthen organizational culture, and drive engagement and performance. She oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, labor relations, compliance, and HR systems, and has played a central role in new hotel openings, leadership transitions, DEI initiatives, engagement programs, and enterprise-wide HRIS implementations. Alysia is a member of the SHRM Executive Network.
