What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to check-in (by 3:00 PM PST). Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night. Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.

Do all restaurant reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation?

During the winter holiday season (December 17 through January 10) all reservations no matter the size will require a credit card to hold the reservation. Cancellation fees will apply to no-shows or cancelled reservations within 24 hours for parties up to 4 and within 48 hours for parties 5 or more.
