Celebrate the Fourth of July in a good old-fashioned clambake with “Broil and Brew” at Viceroy Washington DC. In addition to the elevated Broil and Brew by Executive Chef James Gee, guests have an option to add-on craft beer from Baltimore’s Union Craft Brewing.

• 2 jumbo blue crabs
• 1 dozen mussels
