This meeting room name references a trio of “Taylor” greats in DC — Billy Taylor Sr, Billy Taylor Jr and Tony Taylor. Located on the first floor flush with natural lighting, Taylor features A/V services perfect for teleconferencing, and a side table ideal for coffee service for a small break setup.

Perched on the top of Viceroy Washington DC, Hush Rooftop Bar offers an intimate setting as vibrant as the city views that stretch beyond you. Ideal for receptions, guests are free to mix and mingle around the rooftop lounge and pool deck, while enjoying delectable small plates and a selection of specialty cocktails, wine, and beer.

Named after Howard University grad, artist and performer Shirley Horn who recorded with Miles Davis and Quincy Jones and won the 1999 Grammy for Best Jazz Vocal Performer. Named after Billy Eckstine, a major voice of DC’s Swing Era, who sang alongside Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, Art Blakey and Dizzy Gillespie. The largest event space at Viceroy Washington DC, the Eckstine ballroom is the perfect setting for wedding receptions, cocktail events, classroom-style lectures and more.

Named in honor of the famed Duke Ellington. Our very own King of Swing was born and raised in The District and began his career in the jazz scene on nearby U Street. Located on the first floor flush with natural lighting, Duke features A/V services perfect for teleconferencing, and a side table ideal for coffee service for a small break setup.

Nestled into the side of Viceroy Washington DC is our expansive, outdoor patio. A completely flexible space that can be used for a variety of events such as weddings, outdoor meetings, or additional social gatherings, the patio offers ample seating, cozy firepits, and a retractable roof to protect from all types of inclement weather.
