All public areas of Viceroy Los Cabos have been declared free of smoke from cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and all other tobacco products. Designated smoking areas will be specially marked throughout the hotel for guests to use should they need to.

There are swimmer-friendly beaches just a short trip away where you can experience amazing snorkeling, SUP and swimming. The nearest beach is Palmilla's Beach, located approximately 10 minutes by car from the resort.

Due to strong currents, we advise against swimming at the beach adjacent to the resort.
