This course of action begins by creating a written environmental and sustainability policy and enacting a water and energy savings plan and comprehensive recycling programs. Every room has a thermostat with Eco buttons that controls comfort.

Guest Services

Our Stay Green program is an in-room initiative offered to hotel guests. By displaying the Stay Green door hanger on your guestroom door, and choosing to decline nightly housekeeping services, you will receive a $10 minibar credit.

We invite guests to use our bicycles and scooters for transportation.

Large-format refillable soap, shampoo, and conditioner bottles are used in all guest bathrooms, saving thousands of plastic bottles each month.

We offer contactless/keyless check-in, resulting in a decrease in the use of plastic keycards.

Guests can receive folios electronically, reducing the need for paper usage.

Our housekeeping staff utilizes in-house cleaning products that are non-toxic and hypoallergenic, ensuring that the air in your room is healthy, clean, and fresh.

Waste Management

We have a comprehensive recycling program that includes light bulbs, glass, cardboard, paper, cell phones, batteries, and printer cartridges.

Hotel Zetta features Alexa in-room assistants and QR codes inviting guests to use their voice or personal device for guest requests, reducing waste from delivery of printed copies.

Water Conservation

Our guestrooms and public spaces feature Water-efficient toilets and faucets and showerheads, reducing the usage of water.
