For one week in September, bars and restaurants around the globe will come together to celebrate the iconic Negroni while supporting a mission to foster a more equitable and sustainable world of food and beverage. 

Keeping with the theme of Negroni Week 2024’s mission, Dovetail will feature a special Negroni menu focusing on slow food and sustainability. The menu will consist of five riffs on the Negroni, with variations on style and base spirits, but the elements of a bitter and fortified wine will remain. The Dovetail bar team will each contribute a Negroni to the menu with the inspiration of sustainability in mind, whether it be an ingredient, method, or technique.
