The wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is our utmost priority and we care deeply about our guests, colleagues and community’s safety. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the coronavirus COVID-19 cases and will continue to follow the guidelines from these agencies and local health departments. We will continually update our website as our hotels reopen.

Of course, reopening our hotels is not an action we take lightly. One of the countless efforts we’re making to keep you safe and healthy is our Promise of Cleanliness. It’s more than an aspiration. It’s an action plan that lays out to our guests and colleagues some of the new standards in place at our hotels, from physical distancing guidelines to strict cleaning practices — all created in accordance with the CDC, American Hotel & Lodging Association, local health authorities, and updated industry best practices. These health and safety guidelines may temporarily affect the status of the amenities, services, and facilities listed online. Please contact our hotels directly for current status and information.

Reopening Soon

Please note that destinations may have COVID-19 travel restrictions in place. We ask all guests to review local authorities' travel guidance and health advisories before you book and travel.

We are waiving cancellation fees for all reservations not traveling on a group rate made prior to March 15, 2020. If you’ve reserved a non-refundable rate, we will accommodate date changes up to 12 months. Any guests who are unable to fulfill their travel plans with a reservation made prior to March 15, 2020, due to recent travel bans, will be fully refunded or may rebook their reservations for a later date.

If you’ve reserved using an online booking platform, please contact them directly for modifications or cancellations.
