To better serve our guests, please give The Spa by Viceroy a minimum of 24-hours notice for both groups and individual spa appointments, if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment to avoid being charged the full treatment cost.
Same day cancellations that are less than 6 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service.
Children can use the spa facilities from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM daily, under adult supervision.
As the spa offers extensive amenities and pre-treatment relaxation journeys to enhance the spa experience, please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled treatments to enjoy the facility and services. As a courtesy to all guests, treatment times will not be extended for late arrivals. Your late arrival time will determine the length of scheduled treatments, which will end at the originally scheduled time and at the full price.
Guests are asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to treatments so that they can be tailored to your needs. To receive the full treatment benefits, please shower before the treatment commences. Hotel guests are encouraged to wear the robes from the room and come to the spa ready for treatments.
