COVID-19

Please visit the City and County of San Francisco website for up-to-date information on travel guidelines and requirements for travelers coming to the area.

In alignment with state and county guidelines, guests that are fully vaccinated are not required to wear face masks or practice social distancing in outdoor settings. With the highly contagious Delta variant of the coronavirus continuing to spread statewide, CA Health officials recommend everyone to wear masks in public indoor spaces — regardless of whether you’ve been vaccinated for COVID-19 or not.

Guests that are not fully vaccinated are required to wear face masks and maintain six feet of physical distance in public areas and when interacting with Viceroy colleagues and other guests.

Please check with the hotel directly for the most updated information.

In compliance with social distancing guidelines and for your safety, we ask that Hotel Emblem guests not to be present in the room during service.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to check-in (by 3:00 PM PST). Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night's room and tax. Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.
