A Modern Los Cabos Fitness Center

Discover our state-of-the-art fitness center, designed by famed fitness guru and New York Times bestselling author Harley Pasternak. Guests can also select from a variety of group or private fitness and yoga classes (advance booking required).

Fitness Trainers
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Hoist Roc-It strength equipment
  • Weight racks
  • Spin bikes
  • Bootcamp – Circuit Fitness room
  • Adult jungle gym (motion cage powered by cables and weights)

Fitness Offerings

A variety of group Fitness Classes and Private Fitness or Yoga Lessons are available every day. For more information on class schedules and costs, contact the concierge or spa reception desk.

 

Fitness Classes & Group Sessions

Join us throughout the week for energizing workouts designed to keep you motivated. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or simply break a sweat, our classes offer something for everyone.

Class schedule (subject to change):

Monday – 11:30 AM CROSSFIT
Tuesday - 8:00 AM SPINNING
Wednesday – 6:30 AM SUNRISE YOGA
Thursday – 11:00 AM CROSSFIT
Friday – 6:30 AM SUNRISE YOGA, 8:00 AM SPINNING
Saturday – 8:00 AM TRX

All fitness classes, with the exception of yoga, will be conducted in the gym. Yoga sessions will take place at the main pool deck.
