The reimagining of Nido will create a dynamic dining experience, one that shifts seamlessly from breakfast buffet to late-night drinks — all while honoring the original woven architecture. A new integrated bar, increased seating from 54 to 80, and a sushi counter add dimension, while careful construction preserves the intimacy and iconic nest-shaped design of the restaurant.
Casero Restaurant
The rich culture and traditions of hospitality in Mexico comes to life at Casero, where the warm atmosphere and local flavors create a sensation of arriving into a loved ones home kitchen. Casero means “homemade food, made with love”, and with a refreshed design alongside views overlooking the reflecting water mirrors and a soundscape of ocean waves, it's destined to be a guest favorite.

A hidden speakeasy conceived as the resort's most exclusive address after dark. Tucked within the property's sculptural architecture, Archaea introduces an intimate, world built around rare spirits, inventive mixology, and an experience designed to unfold in real time rather than from a printed list.
Archaea is built around a curated selection of artisanal and collectible gins alongside rare whiskies and limited editions, presented without a traditional cocktail list. Each pour is composed in the moment by the bar team, drawing on ingredients native to Baja California Sur.
Nodo Market
This new addition to the resort’s culinary concepts, Italian for “node”, reflects a singular purpose: to provide a place where guests, local ingredients, and culinary tradition converge.
Beginning each day with espresso and pastries, then transitioning to market-style dining and light Mediterranean fare in the afternoon, and finally, shifting to a full-service restaurant as the evening unfolds, Nodo will serve as a lively point of connection from morning to late night. The signature architectural feature of Viceroy Los Cabos, the Water Mirrors, will be restored in alignment with the original vision of architect Migual Ángel Aragonés with a new contrasting color. At the heart of the property, the interconnected reflecting pools blur the line between sea and sky, building and landscape. Each espejos de agua is designed to perfectly capture the Baja sky, surrounding palms, and dramatic architecture of the resort, while reinforcing a sense of calm and openness that has long defined the guest experience.
