Terms & Conditions: Qualified groups must be contracted between March 11, 2025 and May 31st , 2025 and actualized between March 11, 2025 to December 15, 2025. Additional concessions negotiated may reduce or nullify this offer. 15% of total room revenue will be either paid via commission to authorized representative outlined in signed contract (after the group actualizes and the final bill is paid) or 15% of room revenue rebated to the master account but not both. If there is an unconsumed balance of rebate to the master, rebate may be credited toward a future group at the same hotel contracted to be used within mutually agreeable dates in the same calendar year of the original program. Offer valid for groups with a minimum of 10 total room nights on peak. Availability of conference rooms, hotel rooms and other hotel facilities are subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
