Snowmass Boucherie & Oyster Fest

Join us for an unforgettable evening at Viceroy Snowmass as we debut this inaugural culinary celebration from 5:00–8:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 13, 2026.

Set against the backdrop of the Viceroy Snowmass pool deck at sunset, the evening brings together six of the Roaring Fork Valley's celebrated chefs, each presenting a signature dish inspired by the region. Guests will also enjoy a raw bar featuring fresh-shucked Maine oysters, a whole heritage pig roast, and chef-driven stations thoughtfully curated throughout the pool deck. Colorado wines will be poured throughout the evening as the sun sets over Snowmass, creating an atmosphere that is both vibrant and distinctly alpine.

Proceeds from the evening benefit Wildfire Collaborative Roaring Fork Valley and the dedicated crews who protect and serve our valley.
