Viceroy Palm Springs invites you to enjoy a week of fitness, wellness and relaxation. The first Viceroy Fit program will be held June 10-16.
Divided into two sessions, each four day retreat has been curated to include an itinerary featuring a variety of fitness activities to improve personal health and overall well-being. Incorporating themes of healthy eating, physical activity, and exercising the mind and spirit, each day will provide you with the resources you need to achieve the results you want.
Guests can expect to experience a rigorous day filled with physical activities to only be supplemented by fresh and light fare prepared daily by Viceroy Palms Springs’ very own Chef Warren. With breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily, each menu is prepared for a health conscious mind.

Barry’s Bootcamp: Daily sessions offer participants the opportunity to engage in a revolutionized group fitness program that focuses on intensive cardio and weight training.Trainer - Seth Gottesdiener

Maha Yoga: Participate in morning and moonlit yoga led by Tom Morley of Maha Yoga. Soothing the mind and spirit is an essential to everyday life. By participating in daily yoga, provide your body with a blissful approach to the day. Trainer - Tom Morley
Rejuice: Served upon check-in, and daily thereafter, we are featuring Rejuice cold pressed juices which replenish the body with local, organic and all natural nutrients.
Morning Guided Hikes- Rise with the sun for early morning guided hikes. Experience the serene desert landscape as you hike the surrounding mountains of Palm Springs.
Culinary Demonstrations: Presented by Viceroy Palm Springs’ Chef Warren, an intimate demonstration will allow for questions and suggestions on how to prepare the most healthful cuisine using fresh and light ingredients.

Terms and Conditions: Viceroy Fit is subject to availability. Minimum of three night stay required with check in on June 10, 2013 or check in on June 13, 2013. Rate includes Premium Studio accommodations; rate based on single occupancy; each additional guest is additional $175 per night. Rate includes juice, breakfast, lunch and dinner; alcohol and spa services are not included. Rate includes guided hike, Maha yoga, culinary demonstration, and Barry’s Bootcamp (schedule subject to change). Limit one Barry’s Bootcamp per guest per day and is non-transferrable. No cancellation. Non-refundable 50% deposit required at time of booking. Rate is inclusive of all taxes and gratuities including resort fee.
