General Information About ESPA at Yas Viceroy

For the most pampering you have ever had, enter into our award-winning luxury spa; featuring 9 private treatment rooms, steam room, and a team of highly skilled therapists to indulge your every desire.

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa.
Cancellation policy is 6 hours in advance, other wise 50% is charged. 100% is charged in case of a no-show.
A 10% service charge will be added to each spa service.

Daily from 9am to 9pm. Treatment time daily from 10am to 9pm.

Arrival Time

You are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the serenity of ESPA at Yas Viceroy. Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.

Spa Treatments

All treatments are available to guests staying at Yas Viceroy. For guests who are not staying at the hotel, all treatments are available, but the minimum treatment time is one hour. All bookings require a credit card as guarantee.

Scheduling an Appointment

To schedule an appointment for the perfect treatment, please speak with our ESPA specialists, who will recommend the perfect treatment for you. Hotel guests can call Service Plus by dialing “0” from their room phone who will forward the call to spa reception. To ensure that your preferred time and treatment are available, we advise booking in advance.

Spa Etiquette

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. To preserve this environment, ESPA at Yas Viceroy is a phone, pager, and smoke-free zone. Guests staying at the hotel are invited to arrive at the spa wearing the robe and slippers provided in rooms. ESPA at Yas Viceroy will provide robes, towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit. The minimum age requirement for access and treatments in 16 years.
