Families will be guided by the resort’s talented Executive Chef Bernard Prim. Adults create their own ceviche creations utilizing fresh, marinated fish caught from the Sea of Cortez, while younger travelers craft their own kid-friendly iteration of ceviche with vibrant, local fruits.
