Yes, guests are required to wear face masks and maintain six feet of physical distance while in an indoor space and when interacting with Viceroy colleagues and other guests.

Housekeeping service will be provided on request only. In compliance with social distancing guidelines and for your safety, we ask guests not to be present in the room during service.

Yes, Hotel Zetta has a mandatory guest amenities fee of $29 per night (plus tax) per room. For more information, please visit our Amenities page.

Cancellations must be made 72-hours prior to check-in (by 3:00 PM PST). Cancellations made less than 72-hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night. Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.

Concierge service is available at our front desk. Our team is well versed in recommendations regarding local dining, attractions, activities, and special events.

The dress code at Hotel Zetta is hip, cool and casual.

Taxis are available 24/7 and can be arranged via our front desk. Please allow a 15-minute grace period between ordering a taxi and its arrival.


No, there is no minimum age for checking-in at Hotel Zetta. However, if a guest is not 18 years or older, we may require a parent or guardian of the guest to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest at the hotel, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the hotel.

We always do our best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout requests, however these will be honored on an availability basis for an additional charge. Email zetta.reservations@viceroyhotelgroup.com to arrange your request. After 6:00 PM, a full day’s rate will apply and the room will be extended for that night.

Hotel Zetta is conveniently located 13.5 miles from San Francisco International Airport, and is approximately 20 minutes away by car or taxi, or 45 minutes by BART.

Hotel Zetta is located approximately 20 miles away from the Metropolitan Oakland International Airport (OAK), a 30-minute drive by car or taxi, or 28 minutes by BART.

Valet parking is currently unavailable. For self-parking, please visit the Mission Street Garage located 200 yards from the hotel on the corner of Mission and 5th Street. Please note that this is a public garage. The cost is $40 for 24 hours.
