In alignment with state and county guidelines, guests that are fully vaccinated are not required to wear face masks or practice social distancing in indoor or outdoor settings. Guests that are not fully vaccinated are required to wear face masks and maintain six feet of physical distance in public areas and when interacting with Viceroy colleagues and other guests.

Yes, Hotel Zeppelin has a mandatory guest amenities fee per night per room. The following amenities for all our guests will be included at a nominal charge of $29 per night (plus tax).
The fee covers but is not limited to the following hotel amenities:
- Welcome beverage upon arrival
- Morning coffee served in the lobby
- Martone Bicycles – based on availability
- EcoReco Electric Scooters – based on availability
- Fitness center access
- In-room Nespresso coffee
- In-room 12 oz Zeppelin bottled water – 1 liter also available for $5.00 plus tax
- Premium internet access
- Local phone calls (up to 60 minutes)
You may cancel your reservation without penalty until 3pm local hotel time, one day prior to arrival (24 hours). Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.
The dress code at Hotel Zeppelin is hip, cool and casual.
Taxis are available 24/7 and can be arranged via our front desk. Please allow a 15-minute grace period between ordering a taxi and its arrival.
No, there is no minimum age to check-in to Hotel Zeppelin. However, if a guest is not 18 years or older, we may require a parent or guardian of the guest to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest at the hotel, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the hotel.
We always do our best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout requests, however, these will be honored on an availability basis for an additional charge. Email: zeppelin.reservations@viceroyhotelgroup to arrange your request. Normal check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm.
Hotel Zeppelin is located near San Francisco International Airport (SFO), just 14.1 miles away and approximately 25 minutes by car or taxi, or 45 minutes by BART.
Hotel Zeppelin San Francisco is also located near the Metropolitan Oakland International Airport (OAK), which is just 20 miles away, a 30-minute drive by car or taxi or 28 minutes by BART.
Hotel Zeppelin offers valet parking for $58/night plus tax. Over-sized vehicles are $68/night plus tax.
