Viceroy Santa Monica and Viceroy Los Cabos are joining forces for an immersive culinary experience transporting guests “playa to playa” in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month. For one month only, Viceroy Santa Monica's Sugar Palm and Viceroy Los Cabos' Dalia will present a unique, collaborative seven-course tasting menu called “Playa to Playa”, taking guests on a journey from Santa Monica to Los Cabos.
Available exclusively at Viceroy Santa Monica’s indoor-outdoor dining concept Sugar Palm, the menu will feature rotating courses from each chef that showcase a harmonious blend of their talents while telling a story through flavors, ingredients, and dishes important to the culture of their respective destinations.
The culinary experience, priced at $75 per person, includes seven courses – three inspired by Sugar Palm (Chapters 1, 3, and 5), three inspired by Dalia (Chapters 2, 4, and 6), and one dessert course representing both.
A thoughtfully curated cocktail menu designed to complement the menu will be available for purchase a la carte. The six cocktails are a blend of Viceroy Santa Monica and Viceroy Los Cabos’ signature sips, each created using an infusion of Mexican spirits and ingredients like lime, agave syrup, and damiana.
The Playa to Playa tasting menu will be available at Sugar Palm Fridays through Sundays from September 16 to October 16 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
