An event that celebrates the rich gastronomy and characteristic flavors of the northern region of Mexico. The aromas and flavors will take center stage during the night. Attendees will be able to delight in a wide variety of typical dishes from the northern region of Mexico, such as juicy and tender grilled meats, cabrito (young goat), frijoles charros (cowboy beans), handmade flour tortillas, and spicy sauces that highlight the bold flavors of the region. Live music, with northern rhythms like corrido and norteño - banda, will accompany the night, creating a festive and lively atmosphere.
