Is there an age minimum for check-in?
No. However, if a guest is not 18 years or older, we may require a parent or guardian of the guest to assume full liability for any and all proper charges and other obligations incurred by the guest at the hotel, as well as for any and all injuries or damage caused by the guest to any person or property at the hotel.

Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes, Viceroy Hotels and Resorts are part of the DISCOVERY loyalty program, a program designed with you in mind. Learn more or enroll in this program.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in (3 PM PST). Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night. Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.
Do you offer complimentary WiFI?
Standard WiFi is made complimentary to hotel guests in all public spaces throughout the hotel and in guestrooms. High speed wireless can be purchased for up to three devices for $17.95/day.
What are the pool hours?
Our rooftop pool is heated and open for swimming from 8 AM to sunset.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check outs and fees may apply.
Check in time is at 3 PM and check out is at noon. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests we will always note it in your reservation. If we have availability, and a guest is not scheduled to check-in to your room, we can offer a 2 PM late check out at the rate of $100.00. Please note there is a half-day rate (half of your current rate) for staying in your room until 6 PM, and checking out after 6pm warrants a full day rate (based on the best available rate of the hotel). Again, late check-out is only based on availability and with confirmation from the front desk.
Is there parking at L'Ermitage Beverly Hills?
We offer Valet Parking for $50/night. Beverly Hills does not allow overnight parking on their streets. All hotels in Beverly Hills charge for overnight parking. Visitor parking is $14.
Why do you collect the ages and names of children?
We like to know who is checking into the hotel, so we can assist in customizing your experience. If we know that you are coming with your children, and we know how old they are, we can help you with determining activities in the area or within the hotel.
Do you welcome pets?
Pets are always welcome to accompany guests at Viceroy L'Ermitage Beverly Hills (one dog per room). All dogs must not exceed 40 pounds and must be well trained. Pet stays are subject to a fee. For more information regarding our hotel pet amenities and services, please visit our Accommodations page.
What does an average Wedding or Social Event Cost?
The pricing for events can vary greatly according to event space, timeframe, menu selection, beverage service, set-up, décor, rentals and your final number of guests. Comprehensive estimates for anticipated costs can be supplied along with your contract.
Is it less expensive to host a wedding in the summer or winter?
The cost will strictly be based on the number of attendees, food and beverage items and additional decor that is selected.
Can you recommend vendors that the hotel endorses?
L’Ermitage is happy to provide a list of local vendors. These are suggested only in order to make your local planning easier and L’Ermitage is not to be held responsible for any default of any vendor.
Do I need to provide a deposit to secure my date?
L’Ermitage will issue advance deposits that are neccessary to secure event space and food and beverage requirments.
What does my Facility Fee include?
Your facility fee includes use of the chosen venue(s), event set-up and breakdown, L’Ermitage tables, L’Ermitage chairs, white table linens, white linens napkins, flatware, china, crystal, and votive candles.
Can I reserve rooms for guests at a special rate?
Yes, please contact your Event Manager if you are interested in a secured wedding room block. Your Event Sales Manager will put you in touch with a Group Sales Manager to discuss a possible room block and reduced guest room rates. Regular reservation and deposit policies apply.
Do I receive a Bridal Suite on the night of my Wedding?
Upgrades or Complimentary Suites are based on availability, hotel occupancy, and the details of your Wedding Contract.
