Nest, located slope side adjacent from our pool, is the happening spot in Aspen/Snowmass with Apres Ski poolside lounging and casual dining from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Designed by celebrated designer Kelly Wearstler in a soothing palate of white, pale blues and greens, the airy café and private poolside cabanas set the stage for all day enjoyment which continues into the evening.

Our Chef’s have created a dazzling Sushi / Noodle Bowl concept that reach well beyond the usual to arouse and delight, serving innovative sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi and a medley of Pan Asian inspired soups, rice and noodle bowls. Nest, is Snowmass’ epicenter for Après Ski, whether your taste is a favorite draft beer or any one of our over 100 premium Vodka offerings, you will find it here at Aspen/Snowmass’ only slope side Sushi/Vodka Bar.
