Nest, located poolside at Viceroy Snowmass, is the happening summer spot in Aspen/Snowmass with poolside lounging and casual dining from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Designed by celebrated designer Kelly Wearstler in a soothing palate of white, pale blues and greens, the airy café and private poolside cabanas set the stage for all day enjoyment which continues into the evening.

Chef Francis Mo creates traditional nigiri and sushi as well as modern-day L.A. style fushion sushi and specialty dishes. During daylight hours, enjoy Teriyaki burgers, Vietnamese pho and other specialties.

Nest's unique beverage menu includes a selection of sakes, specialty cocktails, artisan beers and wines designed to accompany Chef Mo's creations. To promote wellness, Nest offers the first Tonic menu in Aspen/Snowmass, with custom herbal tonics crafted from herbs and fruits, such as Clarity (designed to assist with high altitude adjustment), Longevity, and Energize. And Nest offers a rotating selection of 12 loose-leaf teas sourced from a Boulder, Colorado tea company.
