    Transformational Workouts

    Adjacent to the spa, the luxurious fitness center provides guests with a full range of strength training equipment, as well as state-of the-art Technogym cardiovascular machines including treadmills, exercise cycles, cross trainers, stair climbers and lateral trainers. General fitness and strength training equipment is also provided, and private training and coaching can be arranged with advance reservations.

    The resort fitness experience includes specialized spa treatments that integrate Viceroy's holistic wellness emphasis on balance, breath, and beauty.

    Our summer fitness and wellness class schedule is offered from June 21—September 1. Please contact the Spa at Viceroy Snowmass for a current class schedule.


    ADVENTURE HIKE—HALF DAY
    Up to 4 hours
    Crater Lake and the Hunter Creek Valley are the perfect backdrop for a morning or afternoon hike.  Both hikes offer a variety of terrain from meadows to rolling ascents and the flowing waters of Hunter Creek to the summit of Crater Lake.  This half day hike includes trail snacks. 

    ADVENTURE HIKE—FULL DAY
    6—7 hours
    For the adventurer in all of us, this accompanied full day hike will take you over 11,000 feet above sea level up an aspen-covered trail to the picturesque Cathedral Lake or hike through a spruce forest and high-alpine meadows with wildflowers in bloom to the American Lake summit.  This full day hike includes a picnic lunch.

    FITNESS HIKE
    2 Hours
    Accompanied by one of our fitness experts, this two-hour fitness hike is set in some of the most beautiful terrain in North America and is suitable for all levels of ability.  Right outside our door, hikes include the Rim, Vista, Luge, Ditch and Government Trails. Children ages 5+ are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

    Private Fitness & Wellness
    For those wanting to elevate their personal fitness program or to jump start a lifestyle change, private fitness and wellness offers a personalized program customized to suit your desired long term goals. Programs may include yoga, Pilates mat, personal training, interval training, resistance, stability ball, stretching, sport-specific and more.  Please inquire with a spa front desk agent should you wish to request a specific training technique

    Group Fitness & Wellness
    Group fitness classes are a great way to explore new ways to keep your fitness and wellness regime challenging and new.  Class offerings range from Spinning and Pilates mat to Yoga, strength and cardio to uphill fitness treks.
