Helmed by Executive Chef Will Nolan, RICARD is open daily for lunch and dinner, the menu will feature salads, sandwiches, entrées, desserts created by pastry chef Ashley Jenkin, and a section just for mussels. The restaurant boast a rich brasserie-style interior as well as an expansive patio facing the Village Express chairlift. Viceroy Snowmass guests can charge their meals to their rooms.
