Viceroy Snowmass' latest culinary venture is located a few minutes away from the resort in Base Village. 
Ricard celebrates French cafe culture by providing a comfortable neighborhood restaurant with inspired cuisine at fair prices. Gather with friends on the sun-drenched patio to enjoy lunch, apres cocktails, and casual nibbles. Join us in our warm, inviting setting for dinner offerings all featuring the cuisine of Executive Chef Will Nolan. 

Ricard is open daily for lunch and dinner, the menu features salads, sandwiches, entrées, desserts created by pastry chef Ashley Jenkin, and a section just for mussels. The restaurant boast a rich brasserie-style interior as well as an expansive patio facing the Village Express chairlift. Viceroy Snowmass guests can charge their meals to their rooms.

Reveillon

Experience Ricard's first ever réveillon celebration. In the 19th century, the Creoles celebrated the "Réveillon," (or "awakening") during the Christmas season, a custom inherited from the Europeans. Réveillon is a luxurious French dinner party held on the evenings preceding Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Here at Ricard, we want to celebrate the réveillon, by offering a holiday menu for the entire holiday week, from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Eve.
