NEST our slopeside/poolside Sushi/Vodka Bar offers Asian with attitude. Our menu focus is inspired Pan Asian that nourishes and refreshes, while tingling your senses. Nest offers a unique South Beach feel of a soothing palate of white, pale blues and greens playfully arranged by celebrated designer Kelly Wearstler. If it is the outdoors that calls to you, relax in one of our private poolside cabanas, some with fire pits, and all with style, ski in/ski out service and privacy to enjoy your afternoon. Service is unfussy mountain relaxed, touching the heart of each of our guests creating a comfort unseen outside one’s home.
Our Chef’s have created a dazzling Grill/Sushi Bar concept that reach well beyond the usual to arouse and delight, serving innovative sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi or salad offering. Nest, is Snowmass’ epicenter for winter, whether your taste is a favorite draft beer or any one of our over 100 premium Vodka offerings, you will find it here at Aspen/Snowmass’ only slope side Grill/Sushi/Vodka Bar.
