In conjunction with Aspen Outfitting Company, Viceroy Snowmass offers guests a unique first-hand experience to go out and hunt their next meal - taking “farm-to-table” to the next level. Following a successful hunt in the local countryside, Viceroy Snowmass’ Executive Chef Will Nolan will then teach guests everything there is to know about breaking down game and preparing it for the ultimate homemade meal in the privacy of their own kitchen in-room. This winter, guests will have the opportunity to hit the slopes with Executive Chef Will Nolan as well as join him in the kitchen for a unique après ski cooking experience and cocktails. Following an afternoon of shredding, with Chef as your personal guide, the group will return to the resort and join Chef Nolan in the kitchen of Nest (or at Nest’s outside grill) for a cooking demo learning how to prepare the ultimate apres ski cuisine while enjoying perfectly paired cocktails, beer or wine.
