Poolside Cabanas & Patio

Draped in sailcloth and appointed with plush banquettes and armchairs, define al fresco chic. With room for up to 25 guests, they are perfect for poolside bridal party luncheons or candlelit receptions for engagement parties or pre-wedding welcome receptions for out-of-town guests.

Bristol Room

Stunning, spacious, versatile: the Bristol Room can accommodate banquets, conferences and distinctive events for up to 120 participants and features a large patio. This multi-purpose room has an automated 8’ x 6’ drop screen and comprehensive sound system for media viewing.

Dorset Room

A flexible meeting room just down the corridor from the front desk, the Dorset Room is a sunlit event space with floor-to-ceiling windows. It can accommodate up to 35 people for dining, receptions and lectures.

The Library

For a secluded dinner, meeting or private film screening, The Library is a cozy spot for unique Santa Monica events just off the main lobby and adjacent to the pool deck. It is home to 2,000 books on the arts and culture hand-picked by Kelly Wearstler the interior designer behind Viceroy. The Library also offers a 42" plasma-screen television available exclusively for private gatherings.

For larger events, the glamour of our Outdoor Patio enhances any corporate event. This space can accommodate up to 120 guests for dinner and dancing or up to 450 guests for a reception.
