Farmers Market Tasting Menu

Every Thursday evening in Cast, Chef Tony DiSalvo prepares a tasting menu featuring Santa Monica Farmers Market local ingredients.
The prefixed evolving menu changes weekly based on the freshest ingredients of the day, all sourced from local California farmers. The menu will offer Chef's choice for appetizer, choice of entree followed by a selected dessert.
