Kick back beneath the palms on Labor Day for our backyard poolside celebrations. With a live DJ on the tables, our in-house mixologists getting crafty at the bar, and Chef Tony running our gourmet pop up gourmet burger shop, you'll enjoy an afternoon of good eats, great vibes and fantastic cocktails.
What we're serving: The gourmet burger bar offers a selection of build-your-own ingredients including proteins, over 20 toppings, fillings and plenty of sides.

Join us Monday evening for a unique vegan dish crafted for our veggie friendly diners. As an ongoing menu, the week will kick off with a tantalizing meatless dish utilizing fresh herbs, locally sourced ingredients and powerful flavors.

L.A. Creamery Artisan Ice Cream: Curated specifically for Viceroy Santa Monica's poolside scene, guests will enjoy a unique selection of alcoholic artisan ice cream, featuring flavors such as Viceroy Manhattan and Viceroy Absinthe Green.
Sip'sicles: These adults-only-pops are back for another summer, this year in Mojito, Strawberry Daiqueri and Margarita flavors.
Farmers Market Tasting Menu
Wednesdays & Thursdays | 6:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Every Wednesday and Thursday evening in Cast, Chef Tony DiSalvo prepares a tasting menu featuring Santa Monica Farmers Market local ingredients.
The prefixed evolving menu changes weekly based on the freshest ingredients of the day, all sourced from local California farmers. The menu will offer Chef's choice for appetizer, choice of entree followed by a selected dessert.
