Meal Plans

Optional meal plans are available at La Marea restaurant and are ordered prior to arrival for each day of your stay. Currently Viceroy Riviera Maya is offering a Full American Plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for $160 per person, per night, and a Modified American Plan (breakfast and dinner) for $120 per person, per night; either of which may be ordered when booking your reservation.

Passport Requirements

Please Note: All persons traveling between the United States and Mexico are required to present a passport or other valid travel document to leave or
re-enter the United States.

Cancellation Policy and Deposit

A deposit of 50% of your entire stay will be charged at the time of booking. During Summer Season (June 1–Oct 31) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

During Spring and Fall Seasons (Jan 4–May 31 & Nov 1–Dec 18) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 21 days of arrival.

During Winter Season (Dec 29–Jan 4) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 90 days of arrival.*

No shows or unused nights will result in a credit card charge for the entire stay.
